Clutch Master Cylinder stuck, engine out
If the engine is in the car and the pedal still goes to the floor and your sure your line is bleed properly then I would go with a blown up clutch/pressure plate or throw out bearing.
Also : bleeding was not that difficult . I just pumped the pedal a few times , open the bleeder with pedal down . Pull pedal up . Do that a few times . Then have someone push pedal down while bleed screw is open then close screw and pull pedal up and repeat a couple of times .
, completely dry system and its been a pain.
In that case .It Sounds to me like you just need to fix the slave cylinder issue then bleed it . You may have to hand pump the f*ck out of the pedal to get fluid down to the slave cyl. before you can bleed any fluid off.

Pedal going to the floor is normal, no engine=no pressure plate to push the CSC piston back, so the pedal stays at the floor. Your issue is just compressing the CSC piston which you may have to take it off the transmission and crack the bleeder and use either vice grips or a C-clamp.(yes it will require a lot of force)

OK sorry it took so long coming back... been very busy. So I removed the clutch slave cylinder and it broke so ordered a new one, installed it I bleed it and 10-20 min later everything's perfect... Thanks for everyone's help..

Sorry to bump an old thread. I have the same issue. Depressed clutch with engine out except in addition to OP's problem I found brake/clutch fluid underneath car later in the day.
Can I get away with compressing the slave cylinder or does the leak imply it needs to be replaced?

It seems you just popped out the slave cylinder pushrod and seal, clean the inside of the cylinder so there is no foreign material, crack the bleed nipple and slide all the bits back into the cylinder,tighten bleed nipple, pull the brake pedal from the floor and then force the slave cylinder pushrod into the cylinder. Once you have restored the master cylinder pushrod to its resting position, you will need to bleed the air from the system.

I am on the same boat with Mehow. I guess I am successful working on the bleeding. Then, I discovered that the slave cylinder's piston is not moving at all. And the clutch release fork is stuck (or not moving or hard to move) and it's retaining clip is dislocated (but was able to put it back). I own Honda Civic DX '97 Coupe. I'd been hearing squeaking when I push the pedal. Please advice.
