If you pump it a few times does it return on its own?

You do know that the brake fluid reservoir is partitioned into two sections?
And you are sure the clutch side of the reservoir isn't empty?

You have air in the system.
If you opened the bleed screw and nothing comes out when the resovouir is full then you may have something in the line.
Try putting a paperclip in the bleed screw hole.

Open up the left rear brake caliper and start bleeding there.

I had the same thing when I swapped engines. Simple Process. Open the bleeder valve when the clutch is up then push the clutch to the floor then close the bleeder valve and pull the clutch up. Repeat this a few times until the clutch starts to stiffen up. What this does is it creates the necessary vacuum in the line.

ok I will do this tomorrow...

but anyone knows why the fluid stopped to come out of the plastic hose, like if there was no more fluid in the clutch line.....?? it is supposed to be a continous flow, isn't it?

Since you said you are going to do what JDT recomended....

It sounds like you didn't know how to bleed the clutch, hence AIR in the line.

The clutch fluid is the same as the brake fluid.
