That's really strange, I have the exact same sound but my ticking sound is coming from the SSV actuator...

Yeah mine comes and goes. But when I seafoam my 8 it goes away.

Liked the Australian Video of the Politician Interview about the "front of the ship falling off"...

You know it is a comedy sketch, and the bald guy is not a Politician, boy are these guys funny and Young in this skit..

Hey guys; I hear a clicking sound too; it seems to come from where the throttle body is. When I switch my climate control off from front defogger/defroster (which I think uses the AC for some reason) the clicking goes away. Does that make sense/help?

It is your Air Conditioner's "Compressor's Clutch" cutting In and Out (Off and ON), and is TOTALLY Normal.
