If you are able to move the valve by moving the rod, then the valve isn't stuck.

Not a bad idea.
This will eliminate the actuator itself from being the problem.

Shouldn't be necessary if you were able to move the valve by hand.
But, it'll be a good learning experience.
I took mine off just for the hell of it, and it helped me out later when I had to "un-stick" someone's SSV.

I'm thinking its not the solenoid.
The SSV has a switch that tells the PCM when the valve is open or close.
Might want to check that using the attached procedure:

1] I can move the SSV with my hand and with a vacuum pump
2]I check the ssv switch terminal A & B continuity when the rod above and no continuity with pushing the rod.

So that make my think is the solenoid stuck or malfunction or the PCM

Today take out the UIM and clean it but it was clean after all. Clean the trottle it was a little dirt of carbon and the ssv solenoid gave it like 4 spray of seafoam deep creep. Let see what happen my hope are not too high

But at least the code P0171 is fix it ,how? friday night clean the MAF Sensor and yesterday scan the car and the P0171 disappear well I hope so. here is my freeze frame

WTF junior x?
Few questions about that pic:
  1. What is that red spot?
  2. Where is your intake duct that is usually behind the bumper?
  3. That little hose is strange. Makes me think it was for the VFAD (been awhile since I've had that installed... can't recall if that was a clear tube).

Now if you don't have the air duct installed (which houses the VFAD flap), I can see why that hose is just hanging there.
But if you don't have a VFAD installed, you should cap off the nipple that connects the VFAD to the intake manifold (which is behind the throttle body).

I'll post a pic of what I'm talking about, but I'm running Windows 7 and haven't installed PhotoShop CS4 yet.
Give me a few minutes to get that installed.

1) i dont know what red spot, i think that its the
reflection of my red shirt.
2) i dont have that air duct, i think that the previous owner remove that plastic tube. (so, also i dont have the VFAD) actually the VFAD its in my trunk (it was there when i bought the car)
3)yeah, i also think that its from the VFAD.

and yes, can you post a pic of the location of the nipple, to cap off that part (also my car can loose power because of the disconnected hose?)

Behind the throttle body you'll see a vacuum hose.
Disconnect that and cap it.

How do you clean the ssv solenoid? Im throwing a p0661 and it says its circuit low on 2. Is it easy to replace. are there any DIY's on this procedure or on how to replace. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you can lose power from back plugs/coils. When is the last time u changed them? Replacing the plugs/wires/coils is a must for this car, probably best to replace every 20-30k miles.

sorry but i did not want to insult nobody (that was only my point of view about the car, also i do not write the pros about the car: love the look, love the engine sound, love the interior, and some other things)......sorry about that, but i was very angry with that car (mine especially) lol

I don't think anybody was insulted by what you said... I was just wondering what the point was coming on here and saying it.
But then I realized its your own thread, so I guess you can crap on it if you want and go off topic.
