If you are under warranty it shouldn't cost you anything.

Thanks Shaun/Swoope but its actually a manual- 2004 model with 160 000 kms. The 7500 is not actual redline as it only does this now and then, otherwise on most days she redlines where she's supposed to. The coils/plug and wires are all brand new as they were fitted five days ago. as for the smoke its a lot of white smoke in the mornings as if im doing a burnout on the rear wheels but it only happens every now and then maybe once or twice a week-I found a liquid residue on the inside of my air intake though-could this be coolant getting into the intake causing all this white smoke? could i use normal injector cleaner on a rotary motor?

If it's not letting you go above 7500 rpm then something is wrong and the computer is trying to keep you from hurting your motor. Typically this is if you are low on oil or coolant. You should take it in to the dealer and see what's up.

Thnks Shaun but its been to the dealer twice now and they say theres nothing wrong with the car!!!!!

By looks of the symptoms could be my MAF sensor so taking it to a different dealer tomorrow hopefully they can shed some light because the problem only occurs in the mornings when I try start the car and the stalling happens once the motor has been running for a while.

I replaced my coils 3 days ago. She is no longer stalling!! Still feeling a little jumpy but I ordered the wires from Mazdatrix and some plugs so Im waiting for them to come in now. Hopefully they will be here tomorrow.
