Car not starting, I think it's dead.. gah.. help ; ;
wondering if anyone had anything similar. I drove my car around a few days ago, no problems at all, nice and powerful. then drove it into my parking lot. well, it's been raining for the past 2 days, I hadn't started it yesterday. Today, I go to start it and I notice the started spinning faster than normal. almost like it has 0 compression at all. but about a week ago I was in the high 8's. I noticed that little steering wheel light on my dashboard.
the starter sounds like it's going twice the speed then normal. Is my engine toast?

ok, yeah, scared the hell out of me. It almost didn't sound like the engine had any compression in it at all. I didn't think I blew anything, because it was running really strong a few days ago, previous to that (about 2 weeks ago) I'd seafoamed my engine and ran a little in my gas tank, but that has run though since then. so my engine it decarbed fine. I've since put on a race pipe and exhaust, and it does seem to run a little richer. this would be my first flood in 6-7 months if that is the case.
Is it possible to push start it and punch the clutch in second gear?

Woohoo! I got it to start!. I tried the Pedal to the floor method, no dice, I tried the Pull the fuse method, nothing. I left the fuses out. then I took off the nipples to the intake, where you put in seafoam, starter fluid, etc..
I poured a quarter of a cup of oil into a cup, then connected a hose to the nipples, and let each chamber suck up a quarter of a cup of oil each because the flooded engine washes away the oil. I noticed that my car crank was slower (Compression in the engine) thanks to the oil. and it started right up! after a few cranks. I gave it very little gas to get it to 3000 rpm. and it smoked like crazy (probibly burning off the oil)
the dealership wanted 200$ to unflood it. , thank god I saved it

I seafoam\decarbed it 2 weeks ago (through the nipples AND the gastank), and I changed out the plugs already today.
Now that I have new plugs, almost feels like I have a little more horsepower. the old plugs looked like ***.

The gas has washed off the oil coating and fouled the plugs
