Car alarm goes off for no reason

Over the past YEAR my alarm will randomly go off. I'll be at work and get told my alarm is going off, woken up in the middle of the night, winter, summer, cold, hot, doesn't matter. So if anyone knows what the cause is that would be cool, but it's not something I wanted to really pay or get diagnosed, so my question is, is there a fuse that will disable the car alarm only? And not the horn? Thanks

It could be something simple like a door or truck latch switch failing so while the car is locked, the security system thinks a door opened when really the switch just failed. Just a theory. Good luck!

If you bought it used, there is a chance that the previous owner installed the vibration module (I did)

Small square module with an adjuster sticking out, it mounts behind the kick panel by the passenger's right foot. Adds vibration sensing to the system, but it's primitive and too delicate.

Best way to disable is to 'adjust' it all the way down and forget it. (I did)
