WTH...I just noticed that my parking lights/blinkers don't flash any more when I use the remote lock/unlock commands on my remote.... Anyone else have this happen? It seems like all the bulbs are OK, I checked the blinkers and they all seem to work...wth..

 

Check your trunk - it's probably not quite closed. This comes up every few months, and every time it's the trunk...

Yeah, the trunk. Happened to me a couple of times. Just close the trunk and all will be well.

 

how about shutting your trunk. that might work.

this goes in the faq! pushing the button locks the doors. the flashing lights tell you the alarm has set. if they dont flash it means it couldnt set because something is not shut correctly. and just to raz you a little more-

read your manual please- and no skipping pages!

Awwww, but I liked the old one. This is going in the faq, right? I must've seen this a dozen times.

 

In deference to the original poster, it is kind of confusing. It took me two or three times that it happened to figure out what the problem was, but yeah, ity should be in the faq. I've answered this question personally about three times, and it was the trunk each time.

I think I answered it a couple of times too! Happened to me the first week of ownership.

 

lol...well don't I feel stupid...funny thing though, I can't remember going into my trunk for anything and it just started working again... Maybe I hit a bump and it shut the trunk the rest of the way.

Well...thanks, the next time it happens that'll be the first thing I check.
