Wondering if any of you guys with the AEM cold air intake know what to do with the air temp sensor that plugs into the stock airbox? I thought it was alright to just leave unplugged, but it threw a CEL after a couple months of use. The dealer says that sensor needs to be plugged in. I'll try to post a pic in a couple of mins. Any ideas in the meantime?

 

the intake are sensor is part of the maf sensor. which is used in the aem.. the only thing it could be is a code for the vdaf not working. i have seen that...

but since the aem and the ms intake are the same i dont think they can say anything to you..

if you are talking about the outside air temp it attaches under the drivers side bumper.

Yeah they don't know what they're talking about. 4 years to supercharge got me sorted out though. Thanks man.
