abs and dsc dash lights come on after moderate braking

Every time I turn the car on the abs and dsc (little car with squiggly lines underneath) are off, but after some moderate braking both lights come on, and stay on. The abs clunks a little right before both lights come on. When baking the wheels are not skidding for sure. A few weeks ago I did a front and rear sway bar install but the problem started a few days after. Did some sensors get damaged?
Any help appreciated

I believe there is a sensor that you knocked the connection loose.

Check the manual, then look at your car.

Good luck.

Im having the same issue Macius, I'm still looking for a solution but haven't got any. My lights go on exactly like yours do, but the last thing I changed was Coils/Plugs but that was about 3 weeks before the two lights went on.

It might be a sensor like razz1 is saying.

Here is some topics I found but couldn't find a clear fix.

Hi!

I solved my problem. I had the same issue. When pressing the brake pedal abs & dsc light came on and stop-fuse burnt.

My problem was the front-left abs sensor, or the connector to it. I just sprayed some moisture deduction solvent, that also clears oxidize, to abs connector. Hooked up the connectors, put new stop-fuse in and now it works.

And the problem was NOT just the burnt fuse!! i tried different variation to narrow down the issue. Disconnecting the brake lights, brake pedal sensor etc...

So my problem was grounding or oxidazion in connector. A friend of mine who works in mazda dealer said that i was lucky that the problem was solved like that. In some cases the coil inside the sensor can be damaged and you need to change the entire wheel hub.

I hope i made some sence, sorry my bad english.

Correction to my previous post. The moisture deduction solvent worked for 2 days... It burnt the fuse and the third brakelight. So now i had to order new wheel-hub. Let's see if that helps.

Ahh well all good things come to an end, I had the lights gone for about 3 days and the fuse burnt out again.

It seems like there is a shortage somewhere in my brake wiring. I put a new 15A fuse in turned the car on held the brake pedal down and lights went off and checked the fuse and it blew up too.

szym0n,
If it's your STOP fuse, read this thread.
