8 is acting wierd

ok so i was driving down the street and all of a sudden i tried to accelerate and it wouldnt let me and the icon that im guessing is the traction light above the speedometer was flashing.... does anyone know anything or had experience with this problem any info is much appreciated

I have had this but it was because my tire was blown out and I didn't realize it til it was too late.

Were you flooring it in the rain?

This could be the traction control kicking in.

Mine TCS/DSC light came along with a tpms light because the car would not let me accelerate with a bad tire. It saved me from a major catastrophe. The blowout was on the inside of the tire which is why I couldn't see it.

yea i did have a bad tire too it didnt blow out but was flat but it happened again after i got a new tire...
