white-beige cream on oil gauge?

I have a 2004 rx8. I want to know if it is normal (if somebody had the same problem). When checking the oil there is a white-beige cream like stuff on my guage. Can anyone tell me more about it?

This is normal and happens during cold weather. Im not going to bash you for asking a question that has been answered 85,000 times, but if you would like to know more, you will have to search the forums.

FYI, search before you post or you will get bashed by other members.
