What weight oil?

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with what weight oil i should run in my 8. I live in North Carolina and wasn't sure what would be best. I'm switching to Royal Purple and want to know what would be the best weight. I've read the oil threads and searched but I want to know how I would judge what weight to use in NC not in general.

Here you go. Just look up seasonal temperatures in your part of NC, then see what the chart says.

Use Corn, Peanut, or Olive Oil.

Do not use Animal oil.
