i run around 18.5-19 and i am turboed. I never checked prior. im 615 above sea level

i am currently around 16.5-18.5 and its been that way since new motor.... but then again i am using a cheap prosport guage.

Charles, what would cause an unsteady gauge needle under vacuum?

I know this is directed at CRH,
But I would like to take a stab at it,

I'm going to go with the something like the vacuum potential for a given chamber or like vacuum differential between chambers.
