would that be part of the 60k mile warrenty? i JUST rolled over i have like 60,100 miles, and my car wont start this morning, dead battery, lol funny cuz i was JUST posting about this in another thread yesterday, TOTALLY not happy.
but is the upgraded starter included in the 60k mile warranty? I'm going to call and see if maybe they will still cover it, even though im only like 100-200 miles over the warranty period

i know it could just be a dead battery, but if i can get the upgraded starter out of it reguardless, what the hell right?

Not likely....

But you may want to print out the TSB here on line and bring it in to the dealer.

Be nice and they may replace it for free. If not ask them for a discount since it's a know problem on 2004 and 2005 models.

Any year after that already has it.

yeah, well the battery was just plain dead, i charged it for awhile, and it fired right up, dunno why it was dead though, no lights were on and no doors were open

*shrug*

Ha ha.....

Try opening the pass through to the trunk.

Stick your head in there to see if the trunk light is on.

With that type of milage I bet your battery is too old.
