i need to know the dimensions of the catalytic converter... just the length.. somebody is custom making me a test pipe for all short term purposes only because my cat is shot.

so i need to dimensions as if the cat was taken out of the exhaust setup...

i think the cat is 13in...its hard to measure through the giant heat shield....the resonator is 13in as well...

 

note: these measurements are approximate. to be accurate one would have to use a large caliper and measure in metric.

i just measured it, flange to flange it is 45 3/4", however the flange to the exhaust includes a crush washer that extends (with the pipe) another inch for a total of 46 3/4"
