turbo timer...

i am sure people have thought of this before and i have been searching around the forum for a while about turbo timers... i am not installing a turbo anytime in the near future or if at all but i was pondering the idea of installing a turbo timer in the rx8 to maybe resolve flooding issues... this way even if there is an accident.. say someone else moves my car or something like that... it doesnt flood because the time will let it run...

let me know what you think...

Technically this would work but say u set the turbo time to run 2 minues and it's -5 degrees out in 2 minutes (if someone moves it 20 feet and shuts it off) if will not b warmed up yes it may b done running rich and might not flood but personally i woud just let it warm up before u shut it off to b safee....

Like i said yes it would work but depending on how cold it is to how long it would need to run....I know it's been talked about before but idk if it's ever been done for flooding issues!

I'm bumping this because I was thinking the same thing and I have an extra turbo timer laying around.
