Transmission Rebuild Literature

Is there any online source that has the FSM for the RX8 6-spd? Just about every single RX7 piece of lit that came from the factory can be found online, wondering if someone took the time to put some lit that pertains to the RX8's tranny online. I've searched and searched (here and elsewhere) and can't find anything.

Thanks guys.

Thanks Guys

The factory FSM does not cover the engine or transmission or electrical in detail.

These are all covered in their own FSMs for each one

The dealer can get them, but they're usually FS on Ebay at a cheaper price

Dont suppose anyone has this detailed transmission teardown info / FSM in PDF format?

Really looking for the Transmission Bell Housing Bolt Torque specs. Seems my transmission is is leaking from one of the bellhousing seams.

You have bigger issues than that, their should be no fluid inside the bellhousing. The bellhousing has a hole at the bottom of it to drain fluids that may leak inside.

If you have fluid in your bellhousing its probably oil from a rear main seal failing.

or it could be residual from sloppy oil changes.

the factory position for the oil filter has much to be desired.
