any body got documentation I can use to let mazda warranty my tranny?

 

DANGO!! I bought my car with 48K on it, it has the new 06 motor under recall, just recently I noticed grinding into second....took it into the service shop at the dealership I work at, bought the car through and purchased a service plan.....they took it to a reputable tranny shop...recommended rebuild....the car now has 71K, only thing I am paying for is new clutch (CenterForce DF) they said it was marginal, and resurfacing of flywheel. I had no idea there was tranny nightmares like this for the 8. After the work I am considering dumping the car.....not sure how value or car for that matter will hold....and it is just my highway cruiser.
