torque wrench for low inch-lb requirements needed

Does anyone have suggestions? I need one that can do 30 inch-lb (2.6 foot-lb) for setting tension on the timing belt of my non-8. I found this 20-250 inch-lb Craftsman one for $60 on sale, but I've not read good things about Craftsman's torque wrenches and their warranty too:
http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_1...4593000P?mv=rr

But the main problem with that wrench and most others, is that it says that it's not accurate in the upper and lower 20% of it's range. I just want one accurate enough to properly set the belt's tension for a good price - I don't necessarily need one that will stay true over time.

I have that torque wrench. Works fine, but I've only had it for a couple of years. I also have a Sears ft-lb torque wrench that had the locking mechanism fail. Still works, but doesn't lock the setting in place. Had that one for close to 20 years so can't really complain.

With the in-lb torque wrench, you probably should get one with a high range of at least 200 in-lbs. Spark plug torque is 12 ft-lbs, or 144 in-lbs.

Thanks. That looks like a great wrench for accuracy at low torque values, but it's way beyond my budget right now. I think I might just get this one from Amazon and hope that it's accurate enough for doing the tension. It would also serve for my spark plug change on my 8 which needs to be done soon:

I've got a $60 craftsman inch-pound torque wrench. Used it to rebuild my engine.

I recommend a beam or dial type wrench for setting your belt tension.
