Tokico Shock Adjustment Cable on KW V3

I'm dying to put my new set of coilovers on my 07 GT, but I am hesitant to put it on until I sort out the rebound adjustment access issue on the rears.

I've bought a set of Tokico shock cable, but I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to get the cable to work on my KW V3 rears. I couldn't find any DIY type help that I could mimick.

Does anyone have an implementation they'd like to share? I would appreciate any help.

You're probably going to find more help over in the Suspension forum on this.

I have to figure out the same thing but really if you use the recommended setting (maybe a little firmer) you will be fine. Most people will have a very hard time feeling a need to adjust the rebound in the rear.

What you could try, and this is the first thing I will do, take a grinder or drimel tool to the tokico adjusters until they fit into the KW V3's. Make them nice and snug and they wont come out.

Thanks for the replies.

If this is in the wrong section of the forum, could I get this moved to the suspension forum?

As for the adjustment part of the KW rears, it can be turned with 2mm or 1/16 allen key. 1/16 seems to be a tighter fit.

The thread pitch of Tokico adjusters are M10X1.25, while the rear shock shaft is M12x? I'm still waiting on KW's reply regarding the exact thread pitch. I can post some pictures when I get home.
