Tires on the left hand side ware faster because we drive on the left hand side of the road. When you turn right your tires are under load for longer, when you turn left your tires are under the same amount of load but for a shorter amount of time because you are closer to the apex of the corner, plus whenever you do a U-turn you turn right. town driving would exacerbate this but its still true for highway driving.turning right takes longer.
it depends on the driving side of your country.
This is article for normal fwd, but the same concept and principle applies.
Toyo Tires Australia - Why does the left front tyre wear faster?
im having same issues with my rx8, guess its actually normal, the solution might be to cross rotate those tires.

Weird, but okay.
Just make sure your tires are non-directional if you are cross rotating. If they are directional(have an asymmetrical pattern), then you can't cross rotate them.

I mean, I never measured the right and left tires precisely, so I wouldn't know(too lazy to get my summers out just for some measurement RN), but I would say it shouldn't be a big difference unless you spend an entire day at a roundabout.
And again, doesn't that mean you are boned if you have directional tires?
