Well if you turned the DSC off and it no longer makes the sound, then the sound is probably the DSC system applying the brakes because it thinks you're sliding... Unlikely the dealer will consider it a defect and they will likely be correct in that thinking.

Let me know what you come up with. The techs at my dealership cant figure it out either, and keep wanting to blame it on the tires. I'm starting to get into the habit of driving with the DSC off, and I really don't want to have to do it anymore. If they find something, I'd sure like to know, my best guess is over sensative ABS sensors saying the front inside tire is sliding.
