well, it hasn't caused any problems, just got a compression test again at a different place

it comes out the same

9.6 and 9.2 (R1, R2)

replaced sparkplugs today, the old ones look like ****..............
and also, I found what was causing my boost to go ******* ****

the wastegate vacuum mushroom, it wasnt tightened, it was turning left right left right, and when it goes in the right angle, my car gets full boost

so I tightened it, and also changed the vacuum line, just to be sure

result : 7 psi again :D

apart from that, my car drinks **** load of fuel, un burnt fuel smell every time i hit the throttle, it's epic

**** **** and ****, mpg = 12 T.T

the BOV is doing it's job, I think every thing is fine except it does it loads and loads of fuel, and that it bogs down at 5k rpm (like bmp bmp bmp bmp bmp)

but once it hits 6k, it takes off like a bat out of hell

heres the vid of idle and rev, see what you guys make of it.....exhaust leak somewhere? exhaust manifold leak somewhere? rotor compression? etc etc

When does the 3rd port open, I thought it was around 6K rpm? My car always goes a little rich when the 3rd port opens so if yours is very rich to start with, when the 3rd port opens it might be going super rich causing a mis fire, then it smooths out and takes off. When I started tunning my supercharger Jeff had it super rich and thats exactly exactly what my car would do.

yep, but right now I'm concentrating more on the compression and rotors than anything, since Yoshiya @ neptune speed told me that a normal compression tester sometimes mis-diagnoses rotary engines and I might actually have a bad compression or dying engine..........so hopefully I get this crap cleared by wednesday (scheduled apointment with him to get compression tested)
if compression comes out ok, it means i have an exhaust leak where the turbo hits the exhaust manifold, since there is one particular bolt on the turbo that I suspect will cause alot of problems

If it's bogging at 4-5K that's likely tuning. The secondary injectors come on at 2psi with a massive hit of fuel...and that will cause the miss/stumble there until it's tuned.

^ that is most likely the case because that is usually when it starts bogging down........2PSI

when I didn't tighten the wastegate, it wouldn't go beyond that and my car didn't bog down anymore, but now........it's back again -_-

sounds like a leak.... and the brp brp brp sound from the clip sounds liek coupler flapping ~ that what it sounds liek to me...did you check all coupler to see everything was tightened up?
also if you tightened up ur waste gate and the problem went away immediatley after that and now its starting again, why dont you check the waste gate again? unless you did and it was fairly tightened and its something other then that.
hmmm...maybe your tune is way off whack and has a hole in its power band...
and definitley check if your charge pipes are fitted correctly with all the right vacuum lines connected... reverse vacuum hose can cause major headaches.

Seems like you need to hit up a dyno, and get a bit of tuning done on that..the obvious of course`

keep it updated~!

btw, I have a tripple resonated turbo xs, which does do that brp thinging, not a loose coupler, sorry forgot to mention that

there is only so much vaccuum line on the car, I dont know whether the fuel one needs a one way check valve on it or not, hopefully it doesn't (dont have one on it)
everything else should be fine except a bolt on the turbo, which I will tighten tmr (don't know how)

is it the front one or the rear one...

The rear one will likely need the wastegate removed to get to it
