hellO! i remove the passenger air bag of my rx8 2004 because i buy a new dash airbag cover (older is very crack) and i no want to put the airbag ! but the airbag ligth stilll on ! because no install the airbag (passenger) i se a diagram and have 2 resistor in the air bag but i dont know how much OHM is,

i think if install 2 resistor simulate the passenger air bag , and no need to install,and no crack my airbag dash cover !

 

any comments?

 

Can't help with the electrical side, but, the only way the air bag will crack the dash cover is if it is deployed.

 

ok in electrical you se the resistor? i want to know if i install the resistor 2.0ohm and the ligths go off?

 

fixed! no passenger airbag and no airbag ligth!
i cut the airbag plug sensor in air bag! and soldering 2 resistor to pair of cables 2 yellow and 2 orange! and work!
