Thanks.

File worked for me, the zip contains over 5,500 files mostly htm format, so after extracting you view the maual via a web browser.

Tried that, it gave me the could not find page error in the firefox browser. All I did was download the zip file, extract and click the index.html icon.

Internet games and file stealing... I mean sharing is fun and everything. But the printed version I bought from Mazda boots up every time. And makes a dandy doorstop

Doesn't work in firefox. Use IE

Here is what vIce^gRip said from the other site.

Let me chime in here...
The new problems you are experiencing, I also had due to the fact that FIREFOX is my main browser client. "Good on you for using FF over IE!"
However; this app was built for IE. Copy the address from the FF address bar… Launch IE and then cut and paste the URL into the IE address window. I am betting you will the issues are now solve

Also.... You can create your own shortcut to Auto Launch IE when you use the Manual:

Create a shortcut of the Index.html:

Right Click on the shortcut and then click properties.

In the Target field type the:
"Absolute directory structure to IE in quotes" - then a space - then the absolute directory structure to the index.html.

AS SHOWN BELOW:

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\RX8 Stuff\RX-8 Service Manuals\HTML Manual\index.html

You can even point the Icon to the Mazda Wings Icon in the root of the manual directory by using the "Change Icon" button.

The information bar may indicate that it is blocking some contents. Click on the options in that bar to allow blocked contents.

Hi--I'm new here---, tryed that site and got "TnA?
Not that TnA! Temporarily not Available. The manual/fiche you are looking for is TnA. Check back after the top of the hour and a different set of manuals will be available. "
Tryed other sites and found parts of the maual, but this site--

http://smrmicro.com/rx8servicemanual/

seem to have it all--(hope I'ave typed it right??--wouldn't let me copy and paste)
