Welcome.

Did you end up getting the compression test? I'd like to see the results if you are interested in posting them for all to see. I'm gonna try to get my dealer to perform one next week before warranty is over.

There are several posts with the acceptable compression test numbers and engine speeds, just search. The seals were not touched b/c mazda issued a recall and thought it would be easier to just replace engines instead of opening them up.
