AT Radiator on a MT RX8

AT Radiator on a MT RX8
I have a 2004 RX8 MT and took it to an independent shop to replace the radiator. I noticed that they installed an OEM AT version of the radiator. The mechanic claims it works fine with the MT but have my doubts. Does any one know what the difference in the the MT and AT radiators are? They have different part numbers so I assume there should be a difference.

Trying searching but could not find he answer

Any help is appreciated.
