Yes OEM... got it in yesterday. Very frusterated now that it came without the wiring connectors. and a wiring harnace is around $1000. Just about ready to drive this car into the Gulf of Mexico

So you bought an OEM fan shroud with fans and the connectors were cut off? Or was your original wiring harness modified and cut? How is that the cars fault? Either way they are fans, the wiring is simple. Maybe your should go to a mechanic.

I bought the Mizu fan. there are no connectors. Looks just like the on you bought. can i use the connectors on the old one and just rewire? Why is the dude telling me at the auto parts store i will run into problems if i rewire.

I'm guessing he is the one who tried to tell you that you need a $1000 harness.
Do any alarm bells ring to you?
An auto store worker tried to tell me i need meths to clean my maf sensor and that I should buy this new fancy fuel additive that cleans the cylinder head which apparently gets really dirty on rx8s.
Go figure
