I have a spare 6 speed diff and my buddy who owns a s2k was telling me that he is able to install the ring gear and pinion gear into his s2k so he can have a 4.77 rear diff.

He also said it will fit into rx7 and miata, but not to sure about that. Saw the article about the s2k one but nothing on the miata or rx7

anyways i know on GM differentials, the bolt are reversed threaded for the ring gear, is the rx8 the same way? Dont want to snap a bolt into the ring gear.
