ok so i was installing my python 991, i had all the wires hooked up and the remote start wouldnt work (says remote start error with 7 flashes) but i had the keyless entry working, i was putting the system away to worry about later when my car kinda fucked up.

my interior and exterior lights are working, when i put the key in the ignition and open the driver side door it dings.. but the ignition isnt working and when i put the key in the on position the radio or any other acessories dont turn on, also it seems that now my remote start isnt getting its power.

does this sound like a blown fuse?? the sytem gets it power from the 12v contant from the ignition harness could it be an ignition fuse or somethin or???
please help i have work in the morning

 

You need to rewire those again. You did something wrong. You might have blown a fuse or something.

 

Check the fuse box in the drivers footwell, fuse #12.......
and the underhood fuses 35, 39 and 40.

ooook i got, it was a blown ignition fuse, there was an exposed wire that was connected to the ignitinion harness. pheeeew

still dont know why the remote start wont work tho :'(
