power steering problem

MD power steering problem

i have a 05 rx8 which had a battery problem recently but when i fix the battery my power steering light came on and my power sterring wont work now, everything is connected properly and the fuse is fine, i need help trying to figure out what it could be ????

turn the steering wheel from left full lock to right full lock?

Check and clean the P/S harness connections; you should also check the charging system.

it covers the failure of the power steering and how some people have been able to clean the connectors and some have had to replace the harness.
