Possible Wrong Flash help

I have 2004 6 speed, dealer did the canadian recall SSP61 which flash the PCM, just found out my work order printed :

Reprogramming PCM part #: N3H4-18-881A: TRANSMISSION AUTOMATIC


I am wonder is it possible flash a wrong PCM and what happen to my PCM?

I would expect that the WDS (the dealers programming computer) would check the cars ECU for the correct update file required before doing the update, but I'm not sure about that. (Someone else on the forum can probably answer that question.) If the WDS does, indeed, do that, the entry on the work order is probably in error.

I would suggest that you take the car back to the dealer and point out their apparent error. Ask firmly--but do not demand--that they hook their WDS up to the car to determine which update level/category the car is at, verify that it is the correct level for your car, and have them print out the update information for you.
