My 2004 rx8 just hit 15000 I had the dealership do the new recall .(replace spark plugs for free and so on)...

they are telling me that the following things are due at 15000 miles

OIL AND FILTER CHANGE ----- DONE
REPLACE AIR FILTER ----- 55.25 <--- buying Intake
ROTATE TIRES & BALANCE ----- DONE
LUBRICATE LOCKS, HINGES --- 15.70 <-- Doing it myself
BG 44K AND MOA KIT ????? --- 25.95 <-- whats this?
Inspect Coolant Level ---- DONE
" " Function of all Lights - DONE
" " BRAKE AND CLUTH ---- N/A

Is there a dry filter Intake for the rx8 available?

the product is b & g 44k. it works very well... most auto parts shops do not carry it.. dealers do, in there parts dept... usually about 20 bucks...

also you might get out your owners manual... all the info it in it..

You should fush your brake fluid once a year.

At leat every two year.

Moisture build up and burnt fluid.

You wou;dn't believe how much this makes a difference.
