Thanks for all the suggestions!

However, I have found my Guru!

I went to a little shack in South Phoenix under the name of "Arizona Turbo and Tractor Supply" and saw Joel Britt.
He identified my turbo by size, model, A/R and trim before I even got it completely out of the box and was handing me a rebuild kit before it hit the counter.
He did the same for the GReddy turbo (which is, officially, a Mitsubishi TD06-18G) and I walked out of there with everything I needed to rebuild both for $60.

Indeed. I'm gonna go back later this week just to hang out and pick through the MOUNTAIN of turbos and parts he has there and discuss having a custom turbo built to my specs.
