Oil Filter Relocation Kits!

We now have new higher quality Oil filter relocation kits available for the RX-8!

This is a High End kit with the following:

- All aluminum AN Fittings
- Stainless Steel braided hose that comes in black hose and black fittings or silver with red and blue fittings.
- Includes fittings for both M20 and 3/4 UNF thread sizes
- AN Fittings Pre-Installed on the hose so there is no chance for error of the proper torque which means no leaks and it is already done for you!
- Lines are pre-cut and will be 30 inches long each
- Each hose will have one straight end and one 90 degree
- Mounting bracket
- Two threaded taps for an oil pressure gauge and oil temp gauge

Currently INSTOCK and Ready to ship!

Yeah but first I need to powder coat it a Candy Apple Red unless you want your local guy to paint match your color scheme I know you have a few things going on there.

Can someone more knowledgable then me please explain the benefits of relocating the oil filter. Bigger oil filter, easier to change? Anything else?

Yes it will, due to the length of the hoses you can locate them anywhere in the engine bay.

When compared to the GReddy kit, this kit looks pretty sweet, Brice. Great price, too. Good job.

Oh, I like that black one!
Might have to do this and take out the RB oil adapter, but I don't really find the stock location all that bad.

Man..
When installing the turbo and deciding to use the filter adapter for the feed line, that was a major pain in my ***.

Now I just have to decide where to mount it and if it's worth it at the time being...hmmm. Thinks with head

So would the RX8 S2 oil filter be the recommended filter or could something even bigger/better be used?

If you get the 3/4 thread and the M20..almost anything will fit....there are much larger options for sure..

I am using a Canton Racing full flow filter on mine...it filters to less than half the particle size of most OEM type filters

Nevermind, the S2 oil filter uses a m22 thread not m20.
