I asked somebody from weaksauce shop they told me the same thing fuses or relay or

Are you trying to run the fog lights when you're headlights are on hi-beam?

The fog lights won't work if the high beams are on; try the fogs and low beams.

There are ways to test the relays and the switch in the car itself. Both are going to require a multimeter. For the relays, pull em and there should be two sets of two pins, one set should be a copper color and the other a silver metallic. If the relay is good you should get a resistance value on one(this is the coil portion of the relay) and an open on the other (this is the actual switching part, without the current applied to the coil it will read open). If either or both of these are 0ohms you have a bad relay, also if both read infinite resistance you also have a bad coil. For the Switch in the car the best way I can think of is to again pull the relay and plug a multimeter into the car itself (you may have to move the leads around as I can't tell you off the top of my head which two are for the signal to the relay). Set the multimeter to voltage and see if the voltage changes. If it does then its probably not the switch, if it does not then the switch or the interconnecting wiring between the switch and that relay is broken.

Hope this helps.

yeah auwen has it down perfectly to make it a little more clear on which terminals to test on the relay i'll give u some pointers....on the bottom of the relay there should b numbers(on the side that gets plugged into the fuse box) test resistance between the numbers labeled 85 and 86 this is your coil of the relay...then with the lights off you should have a very small amount of resistance from terminals labeled 30 and 87a (.1 to .2 of an ohm) and you should have OL or out of limits (or possibility reads a 1 depending on meter) between 30 and 87 then when you power on the two should switch....

30 to 87a OL
30 to 87 low resistance

p.s. if they numbers dont match and they are numbers 1-5 which is the siemans type of relay they numbers comprehend like this
1 and 2 is 85 and 86
3 is 30
4 is 87a
5 is 87 test the same way
