i have a 2006 shinka rx8 just got it and its automatic and i found out its to much of a hassle to swap for a 6 speed so what are some cheap modifications with big results?

you could also look into the quad electric turbo from ebay. Its universal and plugs into the DC outlet +300whp. Also you can increase the boost with the volume **** on the radio. And you can order in strobe/black/or rainbow style lights.

Mods for big gains....turbo, supercharger, nitrous...
Cheap...Nitrous
and remember needs to be tuned no matter what you get..
if you're lookin to make a ton of power all the time...sell the 8 and get something that has cheaper parts...cheap and rx8 usually don't go in the same sentence..especially when it comes to performance...

^well he said big gains so I was thinking bigger than 55 ....
so to the OP depends on Nitrous shot of how much money you are going to spend on EXTRA things other than the kit

^that's true...I gues when I hear big I THINK BIG!!!!....either way...if the OP is askin this ?(means he hasn't searched and therefore is not sure about it) so yeah a 55 would b good for a first time....
in school the teacher said ok we're putting the 'BIG' SHOT Of nitrous on today(250 shot on chevy 350) so that's where I get my big from haha....

^ yeah I understand what you're saying 25% is a good increase I'd b happy with that...but then again I'd be happy with any power increase! haha....or another rotor either one!
