WI rear license plate

hey guys first off I should introduce myself. I just picked up a 2004 Lighting Yellow GT RX-8 from a guy in Madison WI (where I live) who took amazing care and records. just want to say I love this car. nothing else needs to be said.

I have one question, when removing the rear license plate, the guy broke the plastic screws in the little inserts in the bumper. I did a search here and found some articles about removing the bumper to replace them, but what I am wondering is where can I get new inserts and screws? thanks guys.

Oh ya and here are a few pics sry a bit blurring cause they're from off my phone

Id just drill out the bolts and just use nuts that come with license plate screws to hold it on. Pretty sure you can get to that section of the bumper from underneath the car.
