Let's Tuning a Little Bit

Hi Everybody,
OK, i just bought my new Red RX-8, tomorrow they will delivery it to me, now, i'm already start thinking about tuning a little bit to give her some horses.
Nothing special, i don't want to extremize the performace of the car, but, i just want to have some suggestion about Air Filter, Exhaust and also some Elctronic Tuning such as EPROM or reprogramming the chip, may be just DYNO it... what do you think about it?
I didn't find on line any EPROM for the RX-8 that gives me some kind of 20 or more horses, any body that knows something about this kind of tunung? Suggestion will be appreciated.
Well, about the Exhaust, i don't want anything that makes too much noise, i don't want to have the car thaht screems, i like a little bit of lovely sound that i can hear but that let me talk easily in the car without yell... so, any suggestion about this? Any body that changed the silencer and gave a little bit of good sound that want to suggest me some particular brand or kind?
About the Air filter, i don't think that there is too much to say, a was thinking about a K&N thaht let some good air go inside the engine and breth better.
Thank's for any INFO

O....k.....

You should really read a little on the site before posting such basic questions - they have ALL been answered EVERY day for over two years, the answers are here - but you must do your homework.

The only tip I will give is - stay away from the "$20 Super Chip" things on Ebay; they don't work, never will, and YOU are there target buyer.
