If you want all the bells and whistles then get an E-01 or an Apexi AVC-R. (Could also get HKS, but I'm just not familiar with their boost controller.)
I've heard the profec E-01 is difficult to use, but it does provide a lot of nice features - RPM offset, datalogging, tuning of the emanage. The Apexi is suppose to be much easier to use and provides most of those same features, no emanage interface though. It has the additional feature of being a closed loop system, so it monitors the boost levels and adjusts from that instead of just applying a predesignated solenoid pusling

If you just want a basic boost controller then it really doesn't matter, get a Profec-B or an HKS EVC-EZ.
