Keyless entry issues

My keyless entry went out. I replaced the battery but I still cant get it to work. Is there programming I need to do to get it to work again? I looked in the manual but couldnt find anything on it.

Yeah im confused. I can get about half way through it but I cant get it to work... Grrrr
