Shouldn't have to change anything. It downloads the local time from the satellite for the timezone your car is located. You may have to change the set up for standard vs savings time since not all a regions in a timezone adjust twice a year.

I don't remember the exact placement in the setup menu but if you look through the System Setup you should find an option labeled DST. Toggling this setting to the other value should fix your navigation system clock.

I personally don't display the nav clock because the time is already displayed on the LCD panel below it.
