Help losing throttle response!!

Help!! Car is losing throttle response completely!! I have replaced the petal already. If your going over 60 it wont die it will just drop about 30mph then you can press the gas again but if you going slow it will die and not start for 2 or 3 times. Also not sure if this is helps but seems to only do it when its pass a half of tank ????? Help please!

Could be your fuel pump is dieing out. I have read a couple of places where the fuel pump is worn out and starts over heating, when cold fuel is pumped into the tank it cools it enough to run properly. Replace it and see what happens. BHR has them.

I had a similar issue last year. It was the fuel pump.

Bought a Walbro pump for 125$ here in Canada. Direct fit.

One way of knowing is if the car dies, then you wait 5-8 mins and then if it runs and dies again after less than 5mins, the fuel pump is dead.
