Unhappy Going crazy; dealerships are lying..

Hey guys,
so this problem started about a month or two ago. Pretty much, my car took forever to start up and whenever it did, there would be a series of misfires. So there was a CEL set of and such. Not only that, but there's like an oil leak every time I park the car overnight.

So I took it to the dealership, and they said, "yeah, the starter is causing low amperage to the engine causing misfires and bad compression." So I paid for the starter, and there's a massive improvement. I took it for a ride for another day. Even after mentioning the oil leak, they charged money for it and told me that they didn't find anything.** So, as I was driving, I redlined it for the first time that day. Another CEL...misfires.

They said the engine compression was fixed from the starter replacement by the way. So then, after I redlined it and the misfires came back I took it in. He said that I'm NEVER supposed to redline the car and he told my dad that. So now, I'm apparently banned from redlining the car because of that stupid CEL.

When they were "fixing" my car the second time, they said they parked the car for FOUR days on an incline the same as my garage to spot the oil leak. There wasn't any according to them. For me, whenever I park overnight ANY NIGHT, there's a dime sized amount of oil that has leaked. SERIOUSLY CONFUSED, HELP PLEASE. The car is an 04 and just hit 67k miles...

I would ask the service writer if your not supposed to redline the vehicle then why does it have an audible alarm so you don't have to watch the tach?

The dealer drives your car from one parking spot to another. The car oil nevr warms up hence no oil leak.

please tell us which "f-ing retarded" dealership told you that load of crap.

So we can start making calls and ask them wonderful questions like "how many Cylinders does a Rotary engine have" and record them, then upload that crap on youtube.

but in the mean time, tell us where is ur location so we can recommend you some other dealership.

Lucky you live in southern California. You have plenty of dealerships to choose from.

Also, what is your age? Maybe they're screwing with you because you're a kid, even though your dad went with you.

Idiots. Here in San Antonio the stealerships are calling people to bring car in, swap engine. The car I just purchase the lady said they just told her it was a recall and put it in even though hers had good compression. So yea your getting screwed.

Replace dealer
Order coils, plugs and wires. Replace them yourself.

Place clean white cardboard under the car at night to map out where the "oil" is coming from and to see what type of fluid it is. Take a picture of the cardboard and post it. Take the cardboard "leak map" to the new dealer.
