Does anyone have any suggestions on a good way to clean out your fuel injectors and pumps?

I bought some lucas fuel injection cleaner last week but i have been getting alot of suggestions on how to do things 100%. Wasn't even sure if that could be used on my 8.

the only effective way to clean injectors is to remove them out of the car and ship it to let the pros do it.

not expensive, 25 bux each + return shipping.
