Factoy Service Manual

Ibfubar, or anyone else working at a dealership: Does the parts department have the FSM available to order yet? If so, can you post the part number (and price), just in case some of our dealerships don't have the numbers? Thanks.

If they are available, I will probably buy one too. I bet you can sell a ton of them on this forum.

Don't really need to, though, since anyone can order from the dealership parts dep. Often you will also find an address in the owner's manual for ordering the FSM.

See if it's available on CDROM - my partner got the SM for his Infiniti G35 Coupe on CD, it has come in handy quite a few times.

Don't buy it on CD. That is illegal.

Secondly, check with Ray Crowe at Malloy Mazda about rotary anything. He's a God-send to the RX-7 community, and offers a nice discount.

WTF? It isn't illegal if Mazda sells it that way (I don't know if they do or not). I was just asking someone to find out if it's available on CD. Jeez.

Heh, didn't mean to freak you out Mazda doesn't sell them on CD.

Ray's number is (888) 533-3400. I know he has a toll free number he can give to you but I don't remember it.

Ah . . . 888 is toll free in my part of the world. Or are we concerned about the overseas crowd? Or did this get edited to fix the number?

Any Word?

Ibfubar, were you able to find out anything yet? Heh, I think at the rate we're going over here, I could order the FSM, receive it in the mail, and build my own RX-8 before mine even gets to port. :D :D Trying to keep a sense of humor about this...
