just as a rough estimate, how much power and tq do you think a 1.5 liter or 1.6 liter twin rotor RENESIS could produce while NA?

Well, currently it's doing 192 hp/L and 122 lb ft/L so if you use the same numbers and come up with some factor for the increased friction/inertia/ etc of the bigger engine, then...

192*1.5 = 288
122*1.5 = 183 roughly 280 hp and 180 lb ft ??

192*1.6 = 307
122*1.6 = 195 roughly 300 hp and 192 lb ft??

REMEMBER I'M JUST GUESSING

Probably more than that, because the RENESIS in the RX-8 isn't making maximum power.. I believe it was originally tuned to 300 horses when the concept was released, and the engine size was the same.

So probably a bit more than that.
