Engine Performance - Computer Upgrade Recall
I went for my regular service today at my Mazda dealership for my 2007 RX-8 GT A/T. They told me that there was a recall for the computer software to be updated for the engine that gives it more horsepower. It did add a little boost. Has anyone else had this service done? I want to know what the horsepower is now. It was 212 before, and it feels like it may have helped with the torque too. Does anyone have any numbers? Thanks!

it does add oil. that is a good thing..
