Ok so for the past few days i have been looking in what ever threads i could think it would be under. Has anyone removed there EGR?? I pulled my motor and the motor is being rebuilt but when it comes to install time i really dont want to put the EGR back in the car. Has any one pulled theres???? and if they did, di it throw any codes by keeping it out???

 

I'm assuming you mean the air pump and accessory's. RB makes a block off plate for the port on the header.

If you are talking about the air pump, PM me I can tell you what needs to come out. However there will be a CEL from the removal.

I think someone did a work around on tricking the system.
